This is our Privacy Notice to you about how we use and share your personal data. We are the Data Controller and our legal name is Ardent Utilities Limited.

We collect the personal data you provide us when you fill in the blanks in the website forms. A full list can be found clicking this link.

We also collect personal data from you when you order online, from our cookies, when you call us, when you email us for any reason, when you contact us on social media, when we meet in person, from any paper-based documentation. 

To fulfil the contract we use your data to allocate you goods, manage and track your order, update you on progress, to order your Services from our supplier, generate delivery notes and invoices, process payments and administration generally. We may change what it is used for if the new use is similar or necessary.

We have to share your data with others so we can with our external payment processor so we can take payment for your order, confirm and manage your order by email, 

It is in our legitimate interests to use and share your personal data manage our business, to do our accounts, to identify other things you may like from us, interact with providers of services to us, to protect society, and protect your and our interests. We will pass it to businesses we sell all or part of our business to in the future.

We combine the personal data given over the website with data we get from data you provide over the telephone (including any text or other messages), and other sources. 

We will keep your data for 7 years after the year you order it so we can comply with contract law issues, product liability issues, insurance issues, company law obligations, record keeping for accounting and tax audits. If there are any compliants or questions on product liability or insurance issues we will keep your data for 6 years after the matter is dealt with. We may hold onto data were there are legal reasons to retain it.

We may change what we use data for if for a similar purpose or necessary.

You have rights in relation to your data to ask to know what we process, access it, request correction if wrong = or deletion, restrict or object to processing, request a copy is sent to another organisation, withdraw any consents and complain to the Information Commissioner.
